ADG Process Servers are located only a minute away from the Brampton Courthouse with easy access to courthouses across the Greater Toronto Area (including Toronto, Milton, New Market, Orangeville, Oshawa).
COURT SUPPORT AGENTS & PROCESS SERVERS
Our agents and servers have advanced training, both in theory and practical, of the functions of the Justice System. Our Court Support Agents are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our Court Support Agents have a wealth of knowledge of filing procedures and order management. ADG Process Servers review all legal documents for accuracy, filing timelines, and according to Rules of Civil Procedure and Family Law Rules.
Our Process Servers are well trained to serve court documents to private individuals, businesses, government agencies, and correctional facilities. We make three attempts to serve; including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. A formal Affidavit of Service will be provided (for successful services and attempts)outlining the time of service, name of individual served, and other detailed information regarding the service.
IMMEDIATE UPDATES
Our Court Support Agents will provide instant updates regarding your work order. Data is uploaded to this site directly from the Courthouse. You can easily access updated Table of Contents, Judicial Endorsements, Court Orders, notes from Court Support Agents (in case of rejection), etc.
Our Process Servers are also trained to provide instant updates directly from the service location. You will be able to check the status of your service (including date, time, descriptions, additional information) from our website immediately.
